How to Donate to Our Silent Auction:
- Upload Item Details: Provide detailed descriptions of the items you wish to donate. Make sure to include any relevant information such as age, condition, and potential uses to help bidders understand what they are bidding on.
- Upload Photos: Enhance your item’s appeal by uploading several photos from different angles. This visual aid is crucial in giving potential bidders a clear idea of the item’s condition and features.
- Submission Window: You can upload your donations starting from May 16 until May 26. Please ensure your items are listed within this timeframe to be included in the silent auction.
- Items Collection: After uploading your donations, you can drop them off at designated areas in the school library. This can be done when you drop off or pick up your kids, between May 30 and June 5. We will contact you with specific drop-off details closer to the date.
For Successful Bidders:
- Item Pickup: If you are the winning bidder, you can pick up your item on the Fun Fair day, June 6. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for you to pick up your item from the library after the event.
