Please note, we require all volunteers to attend a mandatory briefing session. This session will last approximately one hour and is scheduled for two days prior to the event. It is crucial that you attend, as we will be covering important information regarding your role, event logistics, safety protocols, and more.

roles:
1. Supervise Game Stations: you will manage one of the game stations, ensuring that all participants are playing safely and having fun. Your responsibilities will include explaining the game rules and managing the flow of participants to keep everything running smoothly.
2. Help with Food Sales: Volunteers in this role will assist in selling food items to attendees.
3. General Event Support: This role is crucial for the smooth running of the fair. It includes setting up before the event starts and cleaning up after the event ends. Please note: volunteers in this role are required to arrive at 3:30PM on the day of the event to help with the setup process and are expected to stay until after 8 PM to assist with clean-up.
4. Plant Sale: Volunteers at the plant sale booth will assist with sales.
